At the abandoned Eureka Mine near Harrisburg in Death Valley, an unnatural blue light shimmers deep in the mineshaft. From it emerges CERBERUS, an ancient, grotesque being whose body seems to contain the trapped faces and suffering of others. He does not leave his point of entry. Instead, from the body of light steps a young woman, BECKY, dressed as if she has simply wandered out of the modern world. Cerberus gives her a simple command: lay waste till they are mine. Becky steps into the desert sunlight and begins walking.

The calm is broken at the Western Wall. In Jerusalem, stones shift. Blood seeps between them. Words appear in reverse: THE FAITH OF SOULS IS NO MORE. Then the Wall begins to collapse. Worshippers flee through dust and falling masonry. Hamidi feels the disturbance immediately. This is not random destruction. He senses Cerberus, or something connected to him, moving again.

Becky enters a busy Las Vegas casino and discovers she can manipulate the slot machines, hitting jackpot after jackpot without putting in any money. Her winning streak quickly attracts the attention of security, who confront her and demand she hand over the bag of coins. When three guards close in, Becky disables the CCTV cameras and unleashes her power, hurling the men across the casino and knocking them unconscious. She calmly retrieves her winnings, cashes the coins at the cashier’s cage and walks away with a thick wad of notes.

Hart’s event at the newly renamed High Plains Ballroom is staged as pure Las Vegas spectacle — a glittering cathedral of excess filled with crystal chandeliers, gold trim, sweeping stage lights and huge LED screens projecting religious imagery. Champagne bars glow at the rear while tourists, devoted followers, wealthy donors and media crews fill rows of white seats. A live band, dry ice and brilliant white light turn Hart’s entrance into something closer to a superstar concert than a religious gathering, perfectly blending faith, wealth and showmanship.

As Hart takes centre stage, he deliberately draws attention to the extravagance surrounding him — the chandeliers, gold and spectacle — using the glamour of the room as part of his message and his carefully cultivated image.

Hart materialises unannounced in Pope Adrian VII’s private study at the Vatican, initially treating the encounter with mocking casualness. Adrian quickly recognises who Hart really is — Cerberus — and refuses to be intimidated, dismissing his supernatural displays and condemning him as a damned, petulant creature.

The confrontation turns vicious when Hart restrains the Pope and his hands transform into claws. Even under attack, Adrian continues to defy him, telling Hart that killing him will change nothing. Hart then reveals his demonic face and brutally kills the Pope before setting the study ablaze and scattering mysterious leaflets into the Vatican courtyard proclaiming that “when the walls fall, the revelation of war begins.”

A Dark Rider races across the sky trailing black smoke, its horse thundering through the air as Notre Dame comes into view. From the streets below, Cathleen spots what looks like a black missile streaking towards the cathedral. Moments later it slams into Notre Dame, triggering a huge explosion and a towering plume of smoke as terrified crowds scream and run for cover

Cathleen and Hamidi are spotted by Italian authorities in Rome and flee on a stolen motorbike, weaving through congested streets as Sam Clifford pursues them in a taxi. Hamidi takes increasingly dangerous shortcuts—tearing through pedestrian passages, scattering tourists and café customers, racing down one flight of stone steps and later powering up another—while the taxi struggles to keep pace. After a series of near misses, collisions and tight turns through Rome’s narrow streets, Hamidi finally disappears with Cathleen through a cramped arched passage, leaving Sam unable to tell which way they escaped.

Sam and Noan approach Winston’s remote Virginia house cautiously, having already established that the front and rear doors are the only obvious ways inside. With weapons drawn, they position themselves on either side of the front door. Noan quietly turns the handle, the two agents exchange a look, and Sam gives the signal before Noan slips inside with Sam following into the empty hallway.

They move through the house and surprise Liya in the kitchen. Sam orders her to raise her hands and prepares to arrest her, but the operation suddenly takes a darker turn when Noan raises his weapon and shoots Sam.

Cerberus unleashes the Dark Riders.

After Cerberus destroys their escape vehicle, Hamidi sends Cathleen, Meti and Daniel out through a side door of the abandoned saloon and stays behind alone. Moments later, the entire front wall erupts inward, timber and glass blasting across the room as Cerberus advances through the wreckage. Hamidi calmly raises his hands, diverting the debris around himself while the demon climbs the porch and confronts him directly: “You shall meet your maker, Angel.”

Hamidi answers with force rather than words, dropping to one knee and blasting Cerberus backwards into the street, setting up their final confrontation in the open.
