Set in 1986. When a SWAT team raids a quiet suburban home, triggering an explosion that rocks the neighborhood, veteran detective Logan Ford finds himself once again at the center of chaos. The house belonged to his neighbor — and the blast signals the return of Peter Denton, a serial killer long thought buried in the aftermath of a previous case. But Denton isn’t just hunting from the shadows. He’s building something: a new wave of revolution fueled by vengeance, ideology, and blood. Meanwhile, Malik Edwards is no longer a rookie riding in Logan’s shadow.
