LOGLINE: Aspiring artist and underachiever Johnny Lyle is invited into the home of elderly widow Aveline De Clare where love and desire come at a price to realise his dreams.

Seventy-year-old Aveline De Clare stands in the chamber of the family mausoleum as the body of her lover Charles is interred while, elsewhere, underachiever and aspiring artist Johnny Lyle is preparing for another night of door-to-door selling of toiletries for a pittance.

​

​He knocks on the door of Aveline's top floor penthouse which is answered by the elderly lady who invites him in. Relieved to rest his feet, he accepts a cup of tea unaware that she cuts her finger with her nail and adds droplets of blood from the wound.

​

Rejuvenated by what he drinks, he returns to visit her where she offers him the opportunity to realise his dream of becoming a successful artist but it would require them to drink each other's blood.

 

Meanwhile, Johnny's friend Diane, who is in love with him, becomes suspicious of this new friendship.

So begins an erotic blood letting between the couple that leads them into a romantic relationship that returns Aveline's youth and beauty as she guides him on a path to become a successful global artist but Diane is on her own journey that will bring all three to a tense finale.
